7-day return warranty
Every order comes with a 7-day return warranty. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp 0313-8819554 with your order number.
Please record an unboxing video
When you open your parcel, kindly record a video from the sealed package until the product is out, and share it with us if there is any problem. The video lets us clear your return or damage claim quickly and easily.
How a return works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the unboxing video and photos of the problem.
- Once we confirm the return, send the product back to us with its accessories and packaging.
- We check the returned product as soon as it arrives.
Refunds
After the returned parcel has been received and checked, we transfer your payment to your Easypaisa or bank account.
