Seller Policy

Sellers sell their own products through Attaris Communication. Every seller account is checked and approved by the shop owner before it can list products.

Commission

The store keeps 10% commission on the product price of every item sold. The rest is the seller’s share and is shown on the seller dashboard. Payments to sellers are made by the store.

Prices and products

The seller sets the price, stock and description. Products appear in the shop only after they are approved. Products must be genuine, legal in Pakistan and described honestly. Fake or misleading listings are removed.

Orders and shipping

When an order for your product comes in, you pack it and mark it as shipped in your dashboard. You must ship within the time agreed by the store.

Your information

Your CNIC/ID, shop name, e-mail and phone number are used only to verify your account and to contact you. They are not shown to customers.

Returns and refunds

Customers follow the store’s Return & Refund Policy. Disputes are decided by the store.
